01When should we start setup?
Four to six weeks before opening is ideal. The configuration itself takes days — the extra runway is for training and dry runs, so opening day feels calm instead of chaotic.
02What hardware do we need?
Any modern computer or tablet with a browser, plus our payment terminals. MEWS is fully cloud-based — no server closet, no installs, no IT contract.
03Can it handle boarding and grooming too?
Yes. Boarding and grooming run on the same schedule and whiteboard as medical visits, share the patient record, and bill through the same checkout.
04What does it cost while we ramp up?
